An apparatus for circulating a water current under water for scale preventing and vibration noise absorption is provided to prevent a vibration noise by removing a rotary axis and a connecting device. An apparatus for circulating a water current under water for scale preventing and vibration noise absorption includes a core housing(2) and an impeller housing(4). The core housing having a magnetic field device coupled with materials with different eigen-frequency is installed at a center of the apparatus for circulating the water current under water. Up-and-down rotation body fixing connection comprises a connection fixing body depositing a ceramics of zirconium origin instead of a bearing. The impeller housing has a water current circulating port inlet(5) and a discharging port(6). The water current circulating port inlet and the discharging port are composed of a scale prevention ceramics made of a compound inorganic matter.
