A seat rail for a vehicle is provided to enhance durability by dispersing load transferred thereto through an upper track and to reduce the product cost and process steps by reducing the number of components. A seat rail for a vehicle comprises a lower track(10) which is fixed to a floor panel in a longitudinal direction to a body of the vehicle, and two ends of the lower track(10) are symmetrically bent to install a rail groove(10A) therein. The upper track(20) includes an inner panel(21) and an outer panel(23). One end of the upper track(20) is coupled to a seat cushion frame and the other end thereof is inserted into the rail groove(10A). The seat rail comprises a left bearing groove(31), a right left bearing groove(33), a plurality of ball bearings(40,50) and a plurality of roller members(60.70). The ball bearings(40,50) are interposed between the left and right bearing grooves(31,33).
