TAPE FEEDING APPARATUS FOR MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD HAVING THE SAME

An apparatus and a method for feeding a tape of molding equipment are provided to control feeding and tension of the tape exactly and rapidly and to reduce transfer time of the tape by controlling position and torque of two motors. A first rotation transfer member(310) transfers a tape wound on a wheel(210) formed on a loading unit(K). A first motor whose position is controllable is connected to the first rotation transfer member to rotate the first rotation transfer member and to control the position of the tape. A second rotation transfer member(410) is formed to be separated from the first rotation transfer member. The second rotation transfer member transfers the first rotation transfer member and the tape whose potting process and hardening process are performed. A second motor whose position control and torque control are controllable is connected to the second rotation transfer member. The second motor rotates the second rotation transfer member and controls position and torque of the tape to control transfer distance and tension of the tape.
