A mold for manufacturing a tire curing bladder is provided to reduce the defective bladders and improve the quality of the bladder by manufacturing the bladder with uniform thickness. A mold for manufacturing a tire curing bladder includes an upper mold(11), a lower mold(12), a core mold(13), and a plurality of compensators(6). The upper mold is installed on the lower mold. The core mold is installed in a space between the upper mold and the lower mold. A stepped portion is formed at an upper side of the upper mold. A groove is formed in the stepped portion of the upper mold. The plurality of compensators are formed in the groove to compensate a thickness deviation of the bladder. The plurality of compensators have a screw shaft fixed to the upper mold, and a level controller coupled to the screw shaft to vertically move. A rotating groove is formed in order to easily rotate the level controller.
