FIELD: experimental and efferent medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out experiments on correcting body homeostasis. For this purpose, it is necessary to introduce 4 ml hypertonic solution of sodium chloride for young rats and in about 10-12 h sample the liquid from peritoneal cavity. Then the obtained peritoneal liquid should be placed into the pathway of standard peritoneal solution to carry out peritoneal dialysis for old rats.
