Invention concerns the food industry, in particular, the production of films for producing the packs for packing under vacuum conditions. Five-layer heat-shrink film for producing the packs for packing of foodstuffs under vacuum conditions includes two outer layers, which are the first and fifth layers of the film, second, third and fourth inner layers, where the first layer and the third layers contain polyamide and/or copolymers of polyamide and their mixture, one of the layers contains the copolymer of ethylene with vinyl alcohol and is a barrier for O2, one of the layers is adhesive and one of the outer layers is welded, in this case the layer being a barrier for O2 is the second layer of film, the fifth layer is a welding layer and includes polyolefin and copolymers of polyolefin, and the fourth layer is adhesive and includes polyolefin and/or copolymers of polyolefin modified by functional groups. The object of invention is also a pack for packing of foodstuffs made from said film. Said film has increased resistance to the formation in it of punctures by sharp bones of meat or poultry.
