A process for vodka preparation comprises treatment of water through sand and sodium-cationite filters, water treatment by reverse osmosis method to hardness of 0.01 mgeqv/dm3, preparation of grade vodka, which is carried out in injection plant by simultaneous and direct supply, mixing and dissolution of alcohol in water and filtration through activated coal and sand filters. Blending of grade vodka with previously prepared sugar inverted syrup and sodium acetate, obtained by interaction of previously mixed acetic acid and sodium bicarbonate, bringing of the blending to hardness of 40 %, standing during not less than three hours and bottling. For preparation of grade vodka rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" or rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" are used. The filtration is carried out through activated charcoal, impregnated with silver of EAI trademark, at that weight ratio of components, given at blending into the grade vodka is the following: acetic acid, sodium bicarbonate and sugar 0.5-1.4?0.8-2.0?15.0-40.0, correspondingly.
