The proposed surveying goniometric system contains an azimuth ring, a zenith quadrant, which is installed at the azimuth ring which a possibility to rotate around the geometrical axis, a spectroradiometer with a driving motor, which is installed at a tripod, and additionally, for the purpose to extend the functionality range of the system, articulated joints, which provide a possibility to vary the zenith quadrant relative to the azimuth ring, and a telescopic support with a possibility to lock the zenith quadrant.
