A panel using a vacuum core is provided to enhance the durability of a prefabricated building by blocking humidity, dust and noise. A panel using a vacuum core comprises an inner plate(111a) and an outer plate(111b) that are formed through a roll-forming scheme and are continuously fed such that the inner/outer plates have coupling protrusions and coupling groove at two ends thereof, respectively. A plurality of vacuum cores(210) maintain vacuum state inside thereof. The vacuum cores are continuously arranged together with a single or a plurality of heat insulators(120) between the inner/outer plates in a direction perpendicular to a feeding direction of the inner/outer plates, thereby forming a panel member(100). The panel member is cut into a predetermined length to form the panel using the vacuum core.
