FIELD: heating systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: water heat exchanger comprises well with branch pipes for supplying ambient air and discharging the inflowing air and water sprinkling unit. The branch pipe for sucking ambient air is mounted in the bottom section of the well that receives the pad provided with perforated grid and heat exchanger that underlies the grid and is connected with the inlet and outlet main pipelines of the system for discharging exhaust water from the plant. The water is supplied from the pad by means of a pump to the pressure water pipeline that supplies it to the collectors of water-sprinkling system provided with the nozzles of the sprinkling chamber arranged upstream and downstream of the drop trap mounted in the top section of the well, respectively. The branch pipe for supplying the inflowing air receives the heat exchanger for additional heating of air up to a temperature of the inflowing air that is supplied to the ventilation system by a fan. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg
