A device for cleaning inside a water tank with high pressurized water is provided to keep water inside the water tank clean by easily cleaning contaminant of the water tank without extra workers. A device for cleaning inside a water tank(10) with high pressurized water includes a water inlet(11). The water inlet is formed on an upper part of the water tank. A water outlet(12) is formed on a bottom of the water tank. A water spray pump(20) is installed on the upper part of the water tank. An extra automatic timer is adhered on the water spray pump to operate the water spray pump periodically. A water exhaust pipe(30) is installed inside the water tank. A bottom cleaning pipe(40) and a inner wall cleaning pipe(50) are connected to a lower end of the water exhaust pipe. The bottom cleaning pipe is bearing-connected to an end of the water tank pipe capable of freely rotating and runs through the water tank in parallel to the bottom of the water tank. The inner wall cleaning pipe is folded and connected to an end of the bottom cleaning pipe. High pressurized water spray holes(41,51) are formed on sides of the bottom cleaning pipe and the inner wall cleaning pipe in regular intervals. Brushes(42,52) are adhered on the bottom of the bottom cleaning pipe and the inner wall cleaning pipe for removing contaminant.
