A method and a system for analyzing performance of services provided to a client terminal are provided to measure/analyze the service performance, as much as felt by a real user using an IT service, irrespective of a web screen or a client/server screen. A measurer requests the desired service to an IT service providing server, and measures time required for receiving the requested service and a service result through the screen outputting the service to a client terminal. An analyzer(130) analyzes the service quality and availability by using measurement. An output part collects, arranges, and displays indexes analyzed in the analyzer. The measurer measures a service providing time and the service result by comparing character strings of an application program output to the client terminal. The service result is measured by comparing the predetermined and stored character string with the character string output to the screen.
