FIELD: medicine, oncology, pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention involves creature of conjugate showing a broad spectrum of effect and showing selectivity and specificity of anti-angiogenic agents in combination with high effectiveness of cytotoxic preparations. Invention is based on using polypeptide-containing conjugate added covalently to cytotoxic chemical preparation molecule through an acid-labile bond using a cross-linking agent. Endostatin or angiostatin or their biologically active truncated fragments are used as polypeptide, and cytotoxic chemical preparation comprises at least one reactive amino-group. A cross-linking agent is chosen from group of dialdehydes and wherein the ratio of polypeptide to cytotoxic preparation = 1:(1-3). Invention provides the high anticancer activity against cancer cells of different strains and against endothelial cells also.
