A combined coating has roll coating glued to surface of layer made of calibrated heat-insulating plates, vapor-insulating layer, support base and vanes connected to air under-roof openings of coating. At that calibrated heat insulation plates are fixed to support base with screws with support heads. To increase operation reliability of coating, calibrated heat insulation plates are glued to each other at edges with formation of continuous structure that is attached to support base with screws with support heads in perimeter. Coating is additionally equipped with at least one pressing element that is arranged as support ring in center of whichpipe element is installed, this is connected to support ring. Inside pipe element rod is placed, with one end it is connected to holding base, and with the other one - to pipe element.
