METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF THE POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENT DUODENUM ULCERS AND PEPTIC ULCER DISEASE, COMPLICATED BY BULBOSTENOSIS

A method for treatment of postoperative recurrent duodenum ulcers and peptic ulcer disease, complicated by bulbostenosis, comprises the dissection of duodenum ulcer, mobilization of duodenum posterior wall and partially supuring of duodenum stump from the side of superior wall. The cut of duodenum posterior wall is carried out in slant-transversal direction. Two filaments (holders) are put on the duodenum wall in the middle of available cut higher and below it, in the direction of which the duodenum wound is stretched for liquidation of the stenotic constriction of duodenum bulb and forming of physiology conditions for gastroduodenoanastomosis applying and it displacing from the area of ulcerous infiltration. After that the place of duodenum stump supuring is additionally covered and peritonized by the stomach wall.
