A cuff (130A) for a blood pressure monitor includes an air bag (150), a elastic member (160) wound annularly and changeable in size in a radial direction, and a bag-shaped cover member (140) containing the air bag (150) and the elastic member (160). The bag-shaped cover member (140) is formed by stacking an outer cover (141) and an inner cover (142) and connecting their rims together. The inner cover (142) has a folded portion (142a) formed by folding back its end portion in the width direction. The folded portion (142a) is located between the end portion in the width direction of the outer cover (141) and the end portion in the width direction of the elastic member (160). Thus, a cuff for a blood pressure monitor easy to manufacture, suitable for reduction of cuff width, excellent in handling property when fitting, and suppressing fraying of the bag-shaped cover member can be obtained. |
