The hydraulic channel is L-shaped. The hydraulic channel and check valve are arranged in flow string clutch inside hole annuity over well fluid level. Inner clutch surface projects over outer surface and defines circle segment in cross-section. Connected to sucker rod string at clutch level is cylinder having diameter exceeding sucker rod string and length exceeding sucker rod stroke. Cylinder centrators are arranged at clutch ends. ^ EFFECT: decreased gas pressure in hole annuity of well with sucker-rod pump installations regardless of well operation temperature and of gas pressure inside hole annuity, as well as simplified structure. ^ 1 dwg
