FIELD: sports and medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: exerciser has T-shaped base made from longitudinal beam positioned under seat and transverse beam with columns mounted on transverse beam and equipped with counterweights. Columns are positioned behind back having cushions for waist and back. Each of foot supports consists of cushions arranged at an angle with respect to one another on rod-shaped frames. Each of frames is fixed under seat for rotation around vertical axis and provided with horizontal and downward inclined portion for carrying of foot supports. Brackets are connected through carcass with handles for displacement of seat with back. Counterweights are arranged symmetrically and kinematically connected with tie-rods. Longitudinal beam has limiting supports for frames. Seat is arranged in horizontal position. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency, optimal distribution of loading over internal surface of legs, and elimination of muscle overloading. ^ 6 cl, 7 dwg |
