The device has a maintaining unit (2) presented in the form of an adhesive film (9) and maintaining a covering unit (3) on an eye. The covering unit is in the form of a shell, which ensures the movement of an eyelash. The shell comprises a peripheral unit (5) covered by the adhesive film and co-operated with the maintaining unit, and a covering surface (6) integrated to the peripheral unit to form a cavity.
