The carriage has retractable telescopic arms (4-6), two rear wheels and a front wheel (8), where the wheel (8) pivots to permit the bag to move in all directions. The rear wheels are folded for carrying the bag on back of a user and are deployed for permitting the carriage to be pushed or drawn. The wheels have fixed guards (20,23) and mobile guards (21, 22) for avoiding wheel to project water or mud, when the carriage is in movement.
