An AD model using a new homepage operation mode utilizing an advertiser PC as a web server is provided to enable an advertiser to reduce the load of a server/hard disk in a web hosting company, as the advertiser PC is used as the web server. The advertiser PC is connected to the Internet to enable the advertiser to operate a homepage through the personal web server. Web application programs select the personal web server, a DNS(Domain Name Service) server for converting a floating IP(Internet Protocol) into a fixed IP, and an advertising area, which is an apartment homepage. An apartment database stores a plurality of apartment homepages. An advertiser homepage is connected if a banner AD is clicked in the apartment homepage.
