A structure for preventing noise of a machine room of a Kimchi refrigerator designed to reduce the driving noise of the Kimchi refrigerator, in particular compressor noise by a vacant space between the interior wall surface and internal wall of the machine room is provided. The structure has excellent effect of noise reduction from the Kimchi refrigerator and thus increases consumer confidence in the quality of products. A structure for preventing noise of a machine room of a Kimchi refrigerator comprises: a body with one or more storage rooms to store an article to be stored; a machine room(100) with an air-cooling apparatus containing a compressor, condenser(24) and fan(25) to cool the storage room; a cover to cover the machine room; an internal wall(120) spaced apart from the interior wall surface(110) of the machine room and surrounding the air-cooling apparatus; and one or more retaining walls to couple the interior wall surface and internal wall in a vacant space between the interior wall surface and internal wall of the machine room. |
