Physical therapy machinery is provided to enable a user to handle it easily due to a more simplified structure, and to improve a stimulation effect of acupuncture spots. A physical therapy machinery includes: a cushion body formed in a pillow shape that a middle part is protruded; and an acupressure operator taking a linear reciprocating motion in a transverse direction by a cam motion. The acupressure operator comprises left and right support plates(23) having respective two long holes(26) formed on an upper part thereof, a cover plate(25), and transverse bars(27) inserted into the long holes by penetrating left and right periphery parts of the cover plate, and connected to a cam circular plate that rotates by a motor(M) by a connection arm.
