FIELD: medicine; surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for atraumatic rejection of drainage of bile duct during post-operational period has hollow vinyl chloride tube with rounded edge part. Vinyl chloride tube has side openings for draining under-liver area during post-operational period. Rounded edge part of tube has through opening to correspond to external diameter of drainage of bile duct. Device allows atraumatic rejecting of cystic duct during post-operational period followed by drainage of sub-liver area. Drainage of sub-liver area can be performed followed by decompression of main bile-excreting ducts during post-operational period; device can be installed simultaneously with drainage of bile duct. ^ EFFECT: higher atraumatism. ^ 1 att, 1 dwg
