FIELD: the invention refers to radio technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: the technical result is in simplification of the apparatus of accumulation. For this expansion of the spectrum of Doppler frequencies of echo signals is made in the mode by way of transformation on the spectrum of the signal from the output of a coherent detector.
