A thin film transistor substrate and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the same are provided to reduce the capacitance difference between a liquid crystal capacitor and a pixel capacitor, by improving the pattern of a storage line overlapping a pixel electrode. A plurality of gate lines(110) cross a plurality of data lines(130) to define a plurality of pixel regions. A plurality of pixel electrodes(150) are formed within the pixel regions. A plurality of thin film transistors(120) are electrically connected to the pixel electrodes, the gate lines, and the data lines. A plurality of storage lines(140) include pixel electrode parts for the pixel regions and connection lines(144,145) connecting pixel electrode part of neighboring pixel regions. A pixel electrode part for a predetermined pixel region includes a first electrode(141), a second electrode(142) connected to the first electrode, and a third electrode(143) connected to the second electrode. The first electrode is extended adjacently to a gate line of the predetermined pixel region, wherein the first electrode partially overlaps the pixel electrode of the predetermined pixel region. The second electrode is extended adjacently to a data line neighboring the predetermined pixel region. The third electrode is protruded adjacently to a gate line neighboring the predetermined pixel region.
