The device for grinding and activating the discrete materials contains the grinding chamber, the loading and discharging units. The grinding chamber contains two rotors with the driving shafts and the grinding bodies connected with the electric drive. The device is also equipped with the activation chamber installed under the grinding chamber. The activation chamber contains the rotor representing the horizontal driving shaft with the grinding blades hinged on the centrifugal elements and is equipped with the discharging appliance. In the grinding chamber the rotors are positioned vertically facing each other. The grinding bodies are designed as the vertical rods attached in the centrifugal bar extending over its upper and lower surfaces. The grinding chamber is equipped with the loading device and connected with the activation chamber via the reloading pipe.
