An optical information processing device is provided to record and reproduce a reference beam and a signal beam in and from a coaxial optical system and multiplex the reference beam in multiple record and reproduction. A beam splitter(120) divides a beam provided from a light source(100) into the first beam and the second beam. The first optical modulator(140) loads a signal in the first beam divided in the beam splitter(120) and generates a signal beam. The second optical modulator(220) provides the second beam divided in the beam splitter(120) to an optical information storing medium in a coaxial direction with the signal beam, and modulates the second beam in multiple record to have inter-different reference beam patterns of a certain pattern. A lens inputs the signal beam and a reference beam provided from the first and the second optical modulators(140,220) to the optical information storing medium.
