A soil transportation apparatus using a flexible conveyor and a method using the same are provided to prevent overturn of a moving vehicle by balancing the vehicle with an eccentric balance. A soil transportation apparatus using a flexible conveyor and a method using the same includes a moving vehicle, conveyors(120,121,122), an angle regulating section, an eccentric balance(140), and a first transfer section. The conveyor is mounted to the moving vehicle and is hinge-coupled to the moving vehicle. Both ends of the angle regulating section are hinge-coupled to a middle portion of the conveyor and the moving vehicle respectively to regulate the inclination of the conveyor. The eccentric balance is located at the rear end of the conveyor to be moved in the lengthwise direction of the conveyor. The first transfer section transfers the eccentric balance in the lengthwise direction of the conveyor.
