An indoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to easily link a linkage member by allowing the linkage member to be assembled toward a rear surface of a front panel when fixing a motor. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a front panel, a motor(230) and a motor mount(240). The motor includes a motor shaft(235). The motor mount includes a motor linkage part(242) linked with the motor and a panel linkage part(244) linked with the front panel. Formation direction of the motor linkage part and the panel linkage part is crossed to each other. The panel linkage part is formed to be adhered to the front panel.
