A traveling type spreader and a spreading method using the same are provided to prevent a fatal accident by spreading soil on a soft soil area using an unmanned-track vehicle. A traveling type spreader comprises a plurality of driving vehicles(110). A spreading section(150) connects the driving vehicles and spreads soil(1) downward through a slot while transporting soil in a length direction thereof. Transporting sections(120) move two ends of the spreading section upward/downward. The spreading section includes a cylinder(151), in which the slot is formed lengthwise along a lower portion of the cylinder. A screw(160) is rotatably installed in the cylinder. A driving motor(161) is connected to the screw to rotate the screw. A hopper(163) is installed at one side of the cylinder to guide the soil into the cylinder. The soil introduced through the hopper is transferred in a length direction of the cylinder through a rotation of the screw and is spread downward through the slot. |
