A case plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a printing layer from being peeled off from a case plate by covering a rear portion of the case plate using a UV(Ultra-Violet) coating layer instead of base film and to increase the surface tilt in higher than 3H by hardening UV coating layer. A case plate of an electrical device includes a resin layer base(110), a second binder layer(120), a printing layer(130), a first binder layer(160), and a UV coating layer(140). The second binder layer is formed on an overall surface of the resin layer base. The printing layer is formed on the second binder layer corresponding to a predetermined pattern. The first binder layer is formed on the second binder layer to cover the printing layer. The UV coating layer is formed on an overall surface of the first binder layer. The printing layer is printed in plural sheets, which configure the case plate, by using a screen printing process.
