A method for manufacturing accessories and the accessories manufactured by the method are provided to reduce weight of the accessories, and to produce accessories of various shapes conveniently. A method comprises the steps of: flatting the exterior of a circular slender pipe made of a metal; inserting the flatted slender pipe into an insertion part of dies comprising a die having a molding hole tapering from the insertion part to a discharge part and a die head for supporting the die; forming the inserted slender pipe into a square pipe body by drawing it through a hole, and molding the material for accessories so that the square pipe body has groove parts formed on the center of respective surfaces in a longitudinal direction and edges polished; cutting the molded material in a regular size; and soldering a connection ring to both cutting surfaces of the cut materials, and continuously connecting the plural materials by the connection ring.
