FIELD: production of adsorbing articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: adsorbing article has first substantially liquid permeable surface layer, substantially liquid impermeable protective layer, and adsorbing body therebetween. Adsorbing article has substantially cone-shaped cavities which are continued through at least part of adsorbing body. Cavities have tip and base. Tip is oriented toward liquid permeable surface layer or is located within the latter, and base is oriented away from liquid permeable surface layer. Method for manufacturing of adsorbing article with cone-shaped cavities is also described in Specification.
