#CMT# #/CMT# The pad (1) has a sleeping surface on which a baby is set. Anti-reflux systems has raising units for maintaining head of the baby raised with respect to its stomach. The raising units are fixed to the pad in a removable manner by a zip fastener or a pressure button in a definitive manner. The raising units have automatic or manual adjusting units for adjusting degree of raising of the raising units. A horizontal base part (10) receives pelvis of the baby and an upper part (11) receives head of the baby, where the part (11) is inclined by the raising units. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a dressing device for changing a diaper of a baby (claimed), and for being rested on dressing table having racks for storing different products e.g. cosmetic cream or accessory, during changing of the diaper. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The horizontal base part receives the pelvis of the baby and the upper part is inclined by the raising units, thus optimizing trunk and head of the baby comfortably during the change of the diaper of the baby, while avoiding sliding of the baby.
