A display device is provided to easily attach an inverter assembly to a rear support part within an attachment error while the inverter assembly is attached through a double-sided tape, by guiding the inverter assembly through a guide portion of the rear support part. A display panel displays an image. A backlight assembly supplies light to the display panel. A rear support part(600) is positioned below the backlight assembly to support the backlight assembly. The rear support part has a guide portion(630) protruded from a bottom surface. An upper container is joined to the rear support part to receive the display panel and the backlight assembly. An inverter assembly has an inverter circuit board(710) and a joining bracket(720) for holding the inverter circuit. The inverter assembly supplies a driving voltage to the backlight assembly. The inverter assembly is guided by the guide portion of the rear support part, and joined to the rear support part.
