METHOD FOR COMPLEX MEDICAL TREATMENT OF UTERUS NECK CANCER OF THE II STAGE

A method for complex medical treatment of uterus neck cancer of the II stage provides performing of lymphotropic poly-chemotherapy non-adjuvant course before operative medical treatment, which is carried out according to the scheme, comprising administration of Methotrexate, Cyclophosphanum and 5-Fluoruracil. The operative medical treatment is carried out by performing of Vertgeim extended panhysterectomy. The combined radial therapy - gamma teletherapy and contact gamma therapy of pelvic lymph nodes, which are performed in point A and in point B, is carried out along with lymphotropic poly-chemotherapy course.
