#CMT# #/CMT# The basket has longitudinal and transversal walls (3, 3a, 4, 4`) disposed respectively around lengths (14, 14a) and breadths(15, 15a) of a base wall (2), where the basket is formed by folding a plate. An opening has two extension walls (7, 7a) each of which is interposed between the side walls. The extension wall has a width decreasing in a direction of a bottom of the basket. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a basket. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for transporting an object e.g. article, purchased by a customer in a shop. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The longitudinal and transversal dimensions of the opening of the basket are adjusted to adapt the shape of opening of caddy(RTM: Not defined), thus improving the ergonomics of the gripping and the transport. The basket can be manufactured with reduced manpower. The basket utilizes a light carton and simple grooves to form the wall having double width and curved edges of extension walls, so that the quantity of the material utilized is reduced. The basket can be made in different forms and size by the recyclable material. The basket facilitates the piling of baskets in the form of pyramid.
