A amplifier circuit is provided to reduce harmonic distortion included in an output signals passed through a low pass filter by preventing a spike generation. A chopper amplifier circuit includes a chopper circuit(11), an amplifier circuit, a first sample hold circuit(2), and a second sample hold circuit(3). The chopper circuit(11) performs a chopping process for input signals by first and second pulses, exchanges a connection relationship between a pair of input terminals(15,16) and a pair of output terminals(17,18) by a chopping timing, and outputs chopped input signals as a modulated signal. The amplifier circuit amplifies and outputs the modulated signal as an amplified signal. The first sample hold circuit(2) keeps the amplified signals by the first pulse and outputs the amplified signals by the second pulse. The second hole circuit(3) keeps the amplified signals by the second pulse and outputs the amplified signals by the first pulse.
