A method for preparing demineralized inorganic nanoparticles is provided to improve the dispersibility or compatibility of inorganic nanoparticles in a polymer matrix, and to obtain a nanocomposite material having excellent electromagnetic and dielectric characteristics. A method for preparing demineralized inorganic nanoparticles comprises a step of coating the surface of nanoparticles with amide polymer by adding a non-solvent that does not dissolve the amide polymer to a mixture containing an amide polymer dissolved in an organic solvent and inorganic nanoparticles dispersed therein. The organic solvent includes a halogen-substituted aliphatic alcohol, aromatic alcohol or a mixture thereof.
