A system and a method for automatically requesting insurance benefits in a remote place are provided to enable a patient or an agent to automatically receive a medical certificate or other certificates in a terminal such as a kiosk terminal, and automatically transmit the issued certificates to an insurance company together with an application. A hospital server(200) stores patient information and the medical certificates. An automatic certificate issuer(100) automatically issues the certificates and automatically/remotely requests the insurance benefits by connecting to the hospital server. An administrative network server(920) includes a fingerprint database(921) and a certificate database(922) by connecting to a remote civil application service server(910). The automatic certificate issuer identifies a requestor by connecting to the administrative network server if the requestor is authenticated, issues the certificates required for requesting the insurance benefits from the hospital server, and automatically requests the insurance benefits to an insurance company server(700) through an insurance benefit relay server(600). |
