A complex function panel using a vacuum pocket is provided to maintain a vacuum in the panel even if a portion of the panel is cut away, thereby enhancing the heat insulation characteristics of the panel. A complex function panel using a vacuum pocket comprises an inner plate(111a), an outer plate(111b), and a firewall(200). The firewall(200) includes a fireproof plate(210), which has a pocket type inlet(211) at one surface or both surfaces thereof, and a vacuum pocket unit(220) having a plurality of pockets(221), which are continuously formed in an external package member in a length direction while being spaced apart from each other. The pockets keep a vacuum state inside thereof. The vacuum pocket unit is continuously inserted into the pocket type inlet in the length direction thereof. The firewall is bonded between the inner/outer plates together with a heat insulator(120), thereby forming a panel member(100).
