A circular saw stand-guide apparatus for a steel sheet cutting machine is provided to improve cutting efficiency and durability of a circular saw by easily cutting a steel sheet in a short time. A circular saw stand-guide apparatus for a steel sheet cutting machine includes support members(10) and a support guide device(30). The support members are installed at an inner side surface of a case. The support members support both sides and an upper side of a circular saw. The support guide device supports and guides both sides of the circular saw when the circular saw cuts a steel sheet on guide rails(20) mounted at one end of an inner surface of the case and on a base frame of the steel sheet cutting machine. The circular saw is protruded to a bottom surface of the steel sheet.
