A showcase utilizing a cooling apparatus installed in a building is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency of a condenser and, in turn, whole cooling effect of cooling cycle of the showcase, and to reduce time for cooling content stored in the showcase by fabricating a main exchanger to heat exchange a coolant through a condenser then transferring the treated coolant to a cooler. A showcase(100) comprises: a cooling cycle including a compressor(110), a condenser(120), an expansion valve(130) and an evaporator(140) to circulate a coolant; at least one air blowing fan(150) to transfer the air heat exchanged by the coolant fed from the evaporator to a storage space(170); a number of trays(160a,160b,160c) provided in the storage space to carry the stored material; and a main heat exchanger(300) that receives the cold coolant from a cooler(210) of a building through inflow pipeline, heat exchanges the coolant through the condenser and outputs and returns the heat exchanged coolant through outflow pipeline to the cooler. The showcase further includes a plurality of auxiliary heat exchangers(310a,310b,310c) to directly cool the trays.
