The method involves capturing and storing an image of a document e.g. paper document, by a camera, and transferring the image to a memory of a communication terminal. The image with its title and comment is transmitted to a server by the terminal. Information relative to the document is extracted, corrected and interpreted by the server, and the document is reconstituted by using the information. The document is filed by considering the information in the reconstituted document. Information relative to the reconstituted document and its history is transmitted to a recipient by the server.
