FIELD: medicine; fragrance industry; food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: raw propolis is subject to extraction by aqueous solution of mineral salts. Pulsing electric current is passed through solution by means of two electrodes, one of which electrodes is made of silver. Raw propolis is applied onto silver electrode in amount of 05,4,0 g/cm2 of electrode surface. Electric current is passed through during 3-6 hours. Current density, flowing through silver electrode, equals to (1,5-18,0)x10-3 A/cm2. By means of frequency converter, frequency of current is changed from 50 Hz to 1000 Hz during 3-6 hours. Then, while changing polarity of electrodes, electric current is passed through again during at least 10 minutes; current density is kept the same. Aqueous extract propolis is cooled down. ^ EFFECT: high stability of product. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
