SOLUTION: A business form instruction reception processing part 101 inputs a store number and a business form number corresponding to a retail store and a business form designated by a maker-side person in charge. A business form output condition processing part 102 obtains an upper hierarchy number and a hierarchy number corresponding to the store number and the business form number from a chain type balance master 104. The business form output condition processing part 102 obtains a wholesaler name, a store number and a hierarchy number of an upper layer on the basis of the upper hierarchy number and the business form number. The business form output condition processing part 102 repeats it to a wholesaler of a topmost layer to specify a wholesaler and the retail store in a distribution route. A business form output processing part 103 obtains a print condition for printing the business form for the wholesaler and the retail store from a business form print control master 105, and prints contents determined by the print condition on the business form.
