<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name plate with an RFID tag for surely and easily managing articles by using an RFID system. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 4 is fixed to a name plate so that communication with a reader/writer can be prevented from being interrupted by metallic materials. For example, when an RFID tag 4 is fixed to the surface of a metallic board 3, the antenna axis of the RFID tag 4 is directed to the direction of the surface of a metallic board 3, or magnetic materials 12 are arranged between the metallic board 3 and the RFID tag 4. In the case of fixing the RFID tag 4 to a concave section or a hole formed at the metallic board 3, the magnetic materials 12 are arranged on the internal face of the concave section or the hole. Also, in the case of fixing the RFID tag 4 between the two metallic boards 3, the antenna axis of the RFID tag 4 is directed to the direction of the surface of the metallic board 3, or an opening 14 through which magnetic flux passes is formed in at least one metallic board.
