<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a cable in condition that it is positioned properly. <P>SOLUTION: This device has a cable set rest 1 which has a cable insertion groove 1a, a first optical cable detector 10 which detects a cable S being inserted properly in the cable insertion groove, based on the light reception signal of a beam 12 crossing the cable insertion groove, a positioning member 3 which positions the cable in its longitudinal direction by bumping the tip Sa of the cable against it, a second optical cable detector 20 which detects the tip of the cable being bumped against the proper point Cx on the cable bumping face 3a of the positioning member, based on the reception signal of the beam 22 which passes the proper point, being irradiated in the direction crossing the cable, a cable clamp 30 which is arranged between the cable set rest and the positioning member, and a controller 100 which makes the cable clamp take a clamping action when both the first optical cable detector and the second optical cable detector have outputted detection signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
