<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote power supply system capable of controlling the ON/OFF of power supply to an information processor without a conscious effort by a processor user and without the requirement of a particular operation. <P>SOLUTION: The processor 1 and a radio-wave detector 2 are set up in an office. Furthermore, a processor user 3 puts on a wireless transmitter 4 that transmits specific radio waves for identifying the individual user. The radio-wave detector 2 of the processor 1 judges a radio-wave detection level from a distance to the wireless transmitter 4 which the user 3 is putting on. According to the level, the power state of the processor 1 is shifted to either one of power-ON, rest, and shutdown-to-power-OFF modes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
